About Mr. Nahum
He is an international
Financial Consultant and his business activities are
focused mainly on the finance of Real Estate
developments and also Merger & Acquisitions on a global
basis.
His professional background
stems from 7 years experience as a Credit Analyst for a
Local Belgium Bank in Brussels (Dexia and Fortis,
formally division of Anhyp). At the
Real Estate Credit Department,
he took charge of the administration of mortgage loans &
credits to domestic & foreign companies, the submission
of requests to the Board of Direction and negotiations
with clients.
Mr. Nahum is a highly-skilled
finance professional, who previously held junior
positions in the best international financial
establishments and which enables him to provide you with
a top quality service. He is convinced that a different
language should be spoken with investors, that is in
tune to their needs and their objectives.
